Von einer Freundin bekam ich eine bildhübsche Beinwellwurzel. Ich mag diese Pflanze und ihre Heilkraft hat mich schon häufig gepflegt. Stark strapazierten Händen tut sie, ebenso wie den plattgelaufenen Füßen, gut. Die Kraft der Wurzel habe ich in Olivenöl extrahiert und aus dem Öl eine Creme hergestellt und mit Melisse beduftet. Das Ergebnis stellt mich für den ersten Cremeversuch sehr zufrieden.

I received a really pretty comfrey root from a girlfriend. I like this plant and have often administered its healing powers to myself. It is good for really rough hands as well as tired feet. I extracted the root´s potency using olive oil, then made a cream out of the oil adding the fragrance of balm. I am quite satisfied with the result of my first try.
