I received a Japanese scissor for Christmas. The „Nigri“ is the representation of the archtypal scissor.  It is forged in one piece and the hand can grasp it well. It is suitable for all delicate work. I will use it for embroidery. I have tied a piece of fabric to it so that everyone will immediately recognize it as a scissor for fabrics, as I do with all of my scissors. That way no one will use it to cut other materials. It is still lying next to me while I work and I am just gazing at it with admiration. I love fine tools and really enjoy them.
