leinen-mit-waescheknopf

I am looking for two pretty buttons for a linen handiwork. I have always thought bed linen buttons were pretty. But what are the alternatives?

My children eat pistachios every day. The shells are strong and pretty. I have sanded dowm the edge where the shell breaks apart.

Ich mag die ganz kleinen Walnusschalen. Ein Knopf daraus könne mir gefallen.
I like the little walnut shells. I could like a button made out of one of these.

My friend Anu brought me some cones, little „gumnuts“, taken from her eucalyptus tree. They are very beautiful and are fragrant with the scent of eucalyptus when graved. Even after the long period of time they have been lying here at my place.

eukalyptus

They can also be made into enchanting buttons.

Let´s see what my decision will be. I will probably first turn a lot more natural materials into buttons.
